What are your prices?
Package of 10
- $750 for ten sessions.
- Payable in advance via e-transfer, check or cash.
- Money back guarantee when dissatisfied after the first or second session. First one or two sessions will be charged at my regular rate of $85 p/hr.
Package of 20
- $1300 for twenty sessions.
- Payable in advance via e-transfer, check or cash.
- Money back guarantee when dissatisfied after the first or second session. First one or two sessions will be charged at my regular rate of $5 p/hr.
Where will the training sessions take place?
I currently work out of my own private gym. Here I have all the equipment we might need to guarantee a well rounded workout that enables you to achieve your desired results.

What should I bring to a session?
Comfortable clothes
Make sure you are comfortable in what you are wearing and that your clothing does not restrict your movement.
A water bottle
It is important to stay hydrated.
An open mind
Starting a new routine can be daunting, but together we will set you on the path to looking and feeling better!
What are your work hours?
- Monday through Saturday
- 9 am to 11 pm. Last session starts at 10 pm.
- By appointment only.
How long does a session take?
A typical session lasts an hour. Upon request we can continue a little longer as well. I do not recommend sessions shorter than one hour.
How many times a week should we train?
I am currently building a small group of regular clients who are committed to training a minimum of once a week. I have no maximum amount set, but I would not recommend training more than five times a week since it is important to give the body time to recover.
What should I eat on training days?
I will go over recommended nutrition with you on the first day we have a session, as well as any supplements or protein powders I might recommend in your specific situation.
